Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on our website. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges. These additional charges are determined by your payment provider and are not collected by Kenidiya.
The final product price, shipping charge, discount, tax, and order total will be displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.
Taxes and Import Charges
Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where required.
For some international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local handling charges may be collected separately by the destination country or delivery carrier. Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment Security
Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized third-party payment providers. Kenidiya does not directly store your complete credit or debit card number.

Failed or Declined Payments

We may contact you to verify payment or order information. If we cannot complete the necessary verification, we reserve the right to delay or cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After a refund is processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds in your account.
